ABOUT ME

I am 26 years old, born and raised in Rotterdam. I call this city home and have lived here all my life.

 

After high school, I studied Media and Entertainment Management at Inholland University of Applied Sciences. It was there that I first came into contact with the media industry. I started making radio shows for the first time and was introduced to the world of journalism through an internship at RTV Rijnmond.

My great passion in life is motorsport. It's what I live and breathe. I follow Formula One closely, but my real love lies with endurance racing -  long-distance races of six, eight, twelve or sometimes even 24 hours. The 24 Hours of Le Mans is, of course, the absolute pinnacle and my favorite race in this world.

Since 2019 I have been lucky enough to work in the sport. I started as an editor and reporter for Motorsport Week and Motorsport Monday before joining Sportscar365 in March of 2022. Sportscar365, based in the United States, is the leading independent English news source for global sportscar racing. Visiting races, interviewing drivers and spending time at race circuits around the world - what's not to love?

I am a writer and radio DJ at heart. I love to tell your story to your audience. I am committed, punctual and always open to learn new things and improve myself.
